Booked accommodation in July and received confirmation email, paid for uber to the apartments and was then told by manager that all rooms were booked. Urgently found other accommodation then received an email stating my booking had been changed and confirmed at Parkline Apartments had been changed to December 1st!?!? Scam behaviour.
Great location. Vasu is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended. This will be my preferred accommodation when in Perth.
Overpriced & not recommended: Positives : Good free parking & undeniable fine location close to shopping facilities e.g. Mac, Aldi, Pizza shop..etc A Spacious bathroom area with 2 sinks & a small shower cabin. The kitchen sink is good & practical, unit has a good new washing machine. Spacious green Park near-by to walk thru in the morning. Also, You can enjoy a special garden time, very adjacent to the apartment main street door inside the building.
