I had an extremely negative experience with Dr. Chandru, who inserted an Implanon in my arm. Right after the procedure, I informed her that I couldn’t feel the implant, but she dismissed my concerns and told me not to worry for the next three years. The receptionist Luz was very rude over the phone . I have seen a doctors i also had a pre booked future appt . And urgent medical result will be delivered to my doctor( unaware only coming next on friday) Request her to see if she can try to talk to doctor and update me if any cancellations. Best medical centre in the area. Staff are so accommodating and always fit my little girls in even when booked out. We love Dr Ho. She is wonderful, but all the staff are great.
