It's expensive and the owner does NOT take care of the property and it takes forever to get any maintenance done, then it's not always properly repaired. Also, this year ants have been horrible and there have already been hundreds of baby Termites covering the entire outside stoop along with millions of ants and even though I have sealed everything (wall boards, windows which screens are horrible too and everything gets in including the ants and I'm guessing this issues has a lot to do woth when the property basements were f... read more
Now that we have different management this place is a nice place to live especially if everybody in your court are on the same page with keeping their area clean,sanitized and being respectful of each other privacy .The management from the last 3 years ago was rude,lazy and,had an awful attitude towards the tenants and at times abused her authority I’m thankfully glad she’s gone. I love my unitthe way I did six years ago
I would not move here. When me and my sister first moved here our home was not inspected they don’t do inspections. The home still had food in the cabinets broken windows lights in the basement Cigarette butts everywhere just nasty and dirty. Not knowing when we moved in WE HAD ROACHES FROM THE PREVIOUS OWNERS. they were disgusting and we had black mold. We still have the picutes from when we first moved in. Mind you my sister got 5 kids no one should have to move into those conditions. Do better.
Service was terrible. My boyfriend called because he was sent an email about the vacancies, when he called he was met with an impatient and rude woman who hung up in his face. I don’t recommend even trying to move here.
