Thank you Liam from Parklane Plumbing Services, for getting our Rinnai Royale Gas Log Flame Heater working again so promptly. Liam was able to quickly assess the problem, order the required part and then return in a week, when the part arrived, to replace it and perform a thorough service and clean. It is now working as good as new. Liam is highly professional, knowledgable, polite and takes pride in his work. Highly Recommend.
