Great experience
The rooms themselves are Ok .....be wary on the weekends the Pub across the road has bangin tunes playing til 1am which is not ideal if you have 2, 6am starts ...dont expect a restful sleep , unless you love average dance floor tunes pounding ...no fun if you have a room on the pub side
Rooms clean and was able to have a good sleep.
Stood at reception waiting for 15 to 20 mins before anyone acknowledged me. He was also running the adjoining restaurant. Kept attending to restaurant needs rather than serve me. Finally came to assist me with a check in. I told home the staffing situation is unsatisfactory and that customers should be served in order of them arriving. He didn’t seem to care. The place looks grotty and the lifts don’t work between certain hours. The service was appalling. Decided to look elsewhere. Would highly recommend you do likewise for ... read more
