Have been a Parklane Dental customer for over 10 years. First time had encounted the one and only very rude front desk, her name is Grace. What happened was seems like my company changed the insurance plan last year, there was some delay in that. They didn’t check my insurance validity or notified me I have to pay out of pocket before the appointment. Terrible customer service.
“Parklane Dental has changed.” said with my deepest disappointment. I started to go to Parklane because of my friends' high praise of their professionalism, great customer services, and advanced skills. However, this incidence turned me away from Parklane. They have became money machine. Only smiles while payment :) Long story short, I called to request if I had warranty on my filling, and needing a repair for chipped filling.
