Shocking service , if you ever want to use a doctor's or nurse do not use this place , they have 1 nurse and very few doctors but still take more patients in , All about the money and not any service, DO NOT JOIN HERE
Worst doctors surgery in the entire country. You won’t ever get an appointment no matter when you ring, been with them for over 10 years and it’s a battle every time you want to be seen. Honestly they would you rather die than actually give you any form of help. Do yourself a favour and register for Wibsey & Queensbury just up the road.
Rude,ignorant reception staff. I missed a call from them so rang straight back and was put on hold in a queue of 2 people. After 15 mins I went into the surgery to find them chatting away and me still on hold. In the meantime the doctor called me back and I missed his call AGAIN. The receptionist told me I would have to re-book another appointment !!!!!
Worst service ever! Every time I call, I’m kept on hold for ages, and when they finally answer, they say they’re fully booked — even if it’s only 8:15 a.m.! How can it be full just 15 minutes after opening? This happens every single time. They always tell me to call 111 — so what’s the point of having a GP if you can never actually get an appointment?
