Can never get an appointment!
Can't see a doctor the hospital told me told me to see asp 7day to see a doctor
Extremely Disappointing Service I’ve been with this practice for 36 years, but the service has become unacceptable. I was very unwell, and my condition began to affect my asthma, yet I couldn’t get an appointment or any proper help. Instead, the receptionist simply referred me to BD7 or 101. It’s frustrating that I’m unable to rely on my own doctors. This level of service is incredibly disappointing.
People are really struggling with all kinds of health issues, it’s made worse by a long ring on the phone and then the phone is deliberately cut off. The practice should analyse it data and check to see how many patients are cut off, exacerbating any worry or stress they have. I called twice this morning and just as my call was picked up it was cut off! How and why!!! Incidentally I was following up a call I made yesterday, receptionist said she’d come back to me but didn’t.the practice needs to listen to its patients.
The doctors don't really care because they paid not to do their job. They book nurses appointment and cencel it on the same day, they don't offer a repeat prescription service and the online portal is a waste of time.
