As a owner/resident here, it’s a nice complex. The grounds are well looked after. If you’re thinking of moving here, choose the Sherwood Dog Park side. The view is great, with plenty of sunlight that comes through the apartment. I will say though, contrary what some real estate’s say Ms Simons from Place Graceville had told us prior to buying here. The underground car park did flood badly in the 2022 floods, losing power for the whole complex for three months! Don’t particularly like naming people but in this case I feel it’... read more
Very nice complex and friendly onsite management!
This is a great apartment complex, with a fantastic swimming pool and recreation area. Some of the apartments have city views. Very close to Sherwood State School.
Park lands is such a beautiful place to live, very central to CBD and surrounding areas. This is the first place I have live in Brisbane.
