Anne and Marvin are outstanding security guards—professional, reliable, and always quick to help, whether it’s keeping the community safe at night or handling parking issues right away. Natasha and Lincoln from the daytime team are just as wonderful—attentive, friendly, and supportive. Together, they make the Roma Building a safe and welcoming place to live.

I lived here recently on a 6-month lease. It's OK. Grounds are nice and the buildings present well, but management takes longer than usual to rectify issues. Many minor building repair issues are never addressed, such as setting the correct time on unit intercoms, fixing broken elevator floor level indictors, etc. The inability to buzz guests and deliveries into the building via your mobile phone is rather annoying; you must always be home to do so. Really disappointing although the view is lovely, lots of maintenance issues; Including no lift for weeks , spa constantly out of order . Gym equipment needs updating and always out of service. And now no hot water to the building for 10 days , with no information or date when it will be reinstalled . We have advised it could be weeks without an essential service. With an offer to use 3 pool showers for everyone to use in a completely different building. Honestly it’s been a nightmare 🥲🥲
