Very disappointed with this location. I had to call the Lakewood Wic because this location won’t pick up their phone and door is always locked when I try to do walk in.
Very unprofessional. They missed my appointment then expected me to move my schedule to accommodate the. Then when I went to pick up my card, the office was closed during their clearly listed OPEN hours. I live quite some distance away and have a newborn. It's not feasible to make several trips hoping they will actually be open when they are supposed to be.
No one ever answers the phone here it’s ridiculous ! I’d suggest going to Lakewood location they are fast and so helpful!
Great office, phone interviews are quick and easy. Everyone is very helpful and friendly.
