All the staff and doctors are absolutely fantastic and love every animal like it was their own when they walk through the doors. Derrick (our GD puppy) was attacked and they were extremely concerned, thorough and loving. Lots of pets and treats and we were on our way. Derrick loves going to see ‘his ladies’ no matter how he’s feeling If I could give them 10 I definitely would
I’ve been coming to parkland vet for many years with several dogs and cats. Great service and pet care. Reasonable rates. They don’t guilt you in to unnecessary procedures. I recommend them for dog/cat vet services. Update June 2025: still a good clinic, but I’ve noticed the prices for services are climbing steadily. Changing to 4 stars.
absolutely amazed with my experiance with this clinic. I drove over from Edmonton as i heard grat things about this place..... I am sure glad that i listened and looked at reviews !!!! My dog got surgery on his leg and this team definely took away lots of my fears about putting my 12 year old dog under.... very well priced and actually cared for my dog. Will be taking ALL my animals out here from now on..... Tell Dr. Newton I said hi !!!
My yorkie was vomiting and had bloody diarrhea, and since it was a Saturday and my vet was closed, I called Parkland Vet. They initially had no openings but called back with a cancellation and asked if I wanted it. I booked the appointment and explained the issue and my dog's history of hepatitis, requesting bloodwork to check her liver. When Dr. Waterman came in, he immediately asked about her diet, and when I told him I home-cook her food, without any further conversation, he blamed it on "too many cooked fats."
