Stu is fantastic at the front with his calm and helpful demeanor. The Techs. we're also great in their explanations of what they did. This gave me confidence in their work completed on my truck. I will definitely go back and highly recommend others to go their for their funky transmission needs.
They were absolutely awesome! I was pretty worried about getting scammed as I know a lot of shops will take advantage of people (especially women) and overcharge them but these gentlemen did the complete opposite! They were honest and upfront with me from the start and were extremely professional. I’ll be recommending them to anybody i come across who has transmission issues! Literally could not recommend them more!
They were able to get my vehicle in promptly. They advised that the issue was most likely spark plug or ignition coil and didn't charge for the diagnostics. The issue ended up being an ignition coil. Very friendly and professional staff.
