There's absolutely no shade, when it rains the area tends to get flooded a bit that you'd have to walk the other way around. Even ambulance had to drive the other way around just to get just to reach the person who calls them. It's time consuming for them.
DEATH TRAP!!! THEY ALLOW PEOPLE TO RENT OUT MOBILE HOMES THAT ARE INHABITABLE ON THEIR PROPERTY!! AND THE OWNERS OF THE ACTUAL TRAILER PARK ARE NO HELP WHAT SO EVER. WOULDN'T EVEN GIVE IS A COPY OF THE PAPERWORK WE HAD TO FILL OUTAND BE APPROVED BY PARKLAND TRAILER PARK TO BE ABLE TO RENT FROM THE SLUM LORD THEY ALLOW TO RENT OUT THE ACTUAL TRAILER. SO BASICALLY WE HAD TO GET APPROVED TO BE SCREWED OVER
