James is the best maintenance guy ever if you have an issue call him he's a lifesaver 🙌🏾
This is review specifically for maintenance: I want to give a huge shoutout to James for his quick and effective work on fixing my dryer. He went above and beyond—while others recommended replacing it, James took the time to see if it could be repaired so I could finish the load of laundry I was literally in the middle of when it broke. He was polite, respectful, and incredibly fast. I truly appreciate his dedication and problem-solving. Thank you, James!
Decent size apartments. James from Maintenance is professional and does a great job! Great communication. No controlled security access like the website claims. TOUR YOUR EXACT UNIT before moving in! A lot of units are not renovated. Roaches in building, stray cats on the outside, flooding in the parking lot and the trash be everywhere on the ground!
I enjoy living here and the staff is very professional and efficient. Maintenance is quick and thorough.
The staff is polite and professional. The property is nice, clean and quiet. This is one of the best complexes that I've ever lived in. James the maintenance guy is top tier and very pleasant to work with.
