Brittany Thomas the new property manager is amazing! Since she’s been here I have definitely noticed a change in the atmosphere. She definitely shows she cares about the residents. This isn’t just a job to her.
I’ve been living here for two years. The units are spacious and a nice walkable complex. James from maintenance works so hard and deserves his credit! The dog park could use better lighting, and communication with the leasing office has been inconsistent. Despite other reviews praising the new leasing agent, I’ve often not received responses from them via email and maintenance requests. I’ve also seen several agents come and go over the past two years, which can make consistency difficult. People don't put their trash inside... read more
The property manager Ms.Brittany Thomas is a breath of fresh air and has bee. Showing nothing but dedication and her constant care for us tenants. I am excited to have here and hoping that she stays for the long run Thank you Brittany for all your work and support through this tough season
I’ve been living here since 2023, and we’ve gone through many maintenance technicians. Out of all of them, James stands out completely. Whenever I put in a service request, it is acknowledged immediately, something I’ve honestly never experienced anywhere else. James is the true definition of going above and beyond.
