I have been trying to have patience since I moved in but I am extremely frustrated at this point. When I first moved in my closet door was off the hinges, I had a leaky bathroom sink, kitchen cabinets were placed poorly, my washer & dryer wasn’t working & I found multiple roaches. James, the maintenance man, is the only silver lining of this property. This company truly doesn’t deserve him—his prompt service and attention to detail are a blessing in what is otherwise a nightmare of a place. Signature Properties, I want you to know this: you do not deserve him. This property is infested, unsafe, and likely violating multiple tenant laws. I never had mice before moving here, and now I do.
