Great tech support with super service
Early this year this company had their toll free number maliciously linked to a local number for a different company. The local number is currently working fine. Other than this inconvenience service has been excellent.
One phone not working and suddenly got started connecting to scam. Other number always take to VM. No reply on emails too. Seems company stopped working from last 10days.
One phone has a busy signal, the other goes to VM. No one has returned my calls or emails. We're waiting for a part over a month later. We got half the order from the direct manufacturer but we haven't received Parklands half of the order.
