So far Parkland Pointe has been good to me. Times were shit on my end wasn't straight, Ms. Karla, The Apt Manager and Parkland Pointe understood and allowed me to make it right. With that, I can't complain. I'm just being 💯.

Horrible. My mom moved out last year because the apartments were just crappy plus she paid for a storage unit and she found out it was left open and most of her stuff was gone. Police report was filed but the office and management gave no shits. Now she’s checking her credit and apparently she owes more than 4 thousand dlls and was sent to collections??? She has proof of payments made every MONTH and she will be contacting a lawyer. A/c didn’t work, a bunch of crackheads live there. Apartment is overall falling apart.

Being a resident at this complex for over 5 years. I’ve seen it all, from them rotating to different owners which in the time I was there it was 4 separate owners, multiple managers and staff. the grounds are not well kept , the apartments are deteriorating to the extent where water came leaking inside from the rain , and mold. The air conditioners don’t work and can not cool down the apartment.
