The place is infested with stray cats. They were leaving piles of sand and fecies in front of my front door. The people who manage the place told me that they hired a landscape company to clean up the place and they wanted me to personally call the landscapers and ask them to clean up the mess. The landscape is a mess and no one picks up after their animal. Been here about 3 months and so far it’s been good. Maintenance is pretty quick when something comes up, and the office actually seems to care about residents.
