Horrible. My mom moved out last year because the apartments were just crappy plus she paid for a storage unit and she found out it was left open and most of her stuff was gone. Police report was filed but the office and management gave no shits. Now she’s checking her credit and apparently she owes more than 4 thousand dlls and was sent to collections??? She has proof of payments made every MONTH and she will be contacting a lawyer. A/c didn’t work, a bunch of crackheads live there. Apartment is overall falling apart.
Being a resident at this complex for over 5 years. I’ve seen it all, from them rotating to different owners which in the time I was there it was 4 separate owners, multiple managers and staff. the grounds are not well kept , the apartments are deteriorating to the extent where water came leaking inside from the rain , and mold. The air conditioners don’t work and can not cool down the apartment. 1 star is too much. First off, Javier is the manager, don’t take his review to heart. These apartments have so many issues with leaks, mold, horrible AC, never answering the phone, emergency lines, etc. there’s a sweet pregnant lady in the apartments and it’s been months since she’s reported the water leak and mold in her apartment. So tired of these people not doing their job. Staff is very friendly and very professional. I love my apartment is renovated with backsplash and stainless steel appliances.
