My experience with this doctor was very disappointing. In my visits, I felt he spoke to me in a condescending and dismissive manner, as if my concerns weren’t worth his time. His tone came across as rude, and I left feeling belittled rather than helped. I also feel that he is a misogynist which makes me very uncomfortable. If you’re looking for a doctor who listens respectfully and communicates professionally, you may want to consider other options.
Awful and unprofessional service. Extremely disappointed. I was kept on hold and when someone finally picked up, the staff were rude, dismissive, and full of attitude. Totally unacceptable for a hospital.
fantastic clinic!. all the girls are amazing
I had a very bad experience with the customer service person while I was booking an appointment. She wasn't talking nicely at all...all the time during the conversation she was yelling at me and I think I am gonna cancel my appointment. At the end, I just asked her to change her attitude while she's dealing with customers. If there was a way of giving zero stars I would surely do that. So annoying, she doesn't even know how to assist people.
