I’ve lived here for 3 years, and today was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had! I want to give a huge shoutout to Daniel from maintenance and Lesli, the apartment manager. Daniel was working alone, and Lesli jumped right in to help him install my brand-new microwave. I’ll admit, I can be a pain sometimes — and I definitely can’t live without a microwave 😂 — but within 48 hours, they had a brand-new one installed for me. Will probably be moving in soon(with most approvals completed),& A chance mabie just within 2wks or so I'm hoping, God willing. Charlotte Assistant Mgr. Has made the process efficient & effortless, with any unforseen glitches resolved with care & professionalism. With patients & clarity for all my extra questions. ROACHES!!!! This has to be the worst experience I’ve ever had when renting an apartment. LESLIE is very rude, and needs to learn effective communication skills. I moved because things in my unit was not being addressed properly, and I wanted to transfer to a one bedroom unit, because my second bathroom never worked. The building always has plumbing issues and the doors are always left unlocked and I didn’t feel safe. Please don’t move here or move your parents here !!!!!
I really enjoy living here. Ms. Leslie, is very kind. she takes the time to listen to what you have to say. I was looking to move before she came here. After Ms, Leslise came on bored things begin to change. She makes the seniors feel that they're important and that we are needed. Thank you Dominion, for employing Ms. Leslie! Ps.
