Didn't build directly with them but they built our house (we purchased at 3yrs old) and almost every appliance has died at the 7 year mark, we've had shingles fall off, siding fall off, there are a lot of things that are not straight and our windows sweat when it's cold. The stairs creak cause they are made of plywood. There was one plug installed in the basement.
