Excellent top-notch customer service. Recently, my furnace stopped working. I called Parkland heating and spoke with Peter. He said he could send someone by within the next hour to send him my info so I did that with a picture of the code that was giving the issue and the model. Peter called me back and walked me through what to troubleshoot. Exceptional service. Peter was a pleasure to work with every step of the way. He took the time to thoughtfully and patiently answer our questions and provide full consideration to our unconventional cooling problem. Lucas was also very informative and helpful on install day. We’re very happy with the result and would recommend them to anyone looking for highly experienced and honest folks.
Very impressed by the work done by Lucas, Peter and Atticus. Peter was prompt and professional when emailing back and forth, installing my air conditioner 1 week after submitting a quote. Parkland’s pricing is extremely competitive as well. On install day, Lucas and Atticus did a fantastic and fast job with everything, and Lucas walked me through how to get the most out of my heating/cooling system.
