This emergency room needs to get a actual nurse to check people in .The rude people who are checking people in have no idea of what an emergency is . I have never had to wait so long to be checked in to a emergency in my life . They don't seem to care that your there in a emergency situation that means hustle and get them help .We had to leave and come to Bonne Terre and it's not alot better but at least we made it and was checked in.I am so angry the woman at Parkland just smiled at us as we left instead of asking for help ... read more
This places need management and new nurses because these nurses don't do anything for their client. My fiance got rushed here for food poisoning and we have been sitting here for 3 hrs or longer now. They do not care, we should have already been out but they are just on their phones, watching "work videos " but in reality it's only TikTok and them checking their Facebook. I had to hit the nurse button to get someone in a room, while my fiance was puking and by the time someone arrived she was done. It took nearly 10 minutes ... read more
We have been waiting in the waiting room for 2 hours!!! It would be nice if they would give you updates to let you know what’s going on.
(Update) Hospital care part- We brought my Dad here because we noticed he wasn't feeling good and getting weak, they found out he had pneumonia and blood clots in his leg, they admitted him in the hospital. Mostly to all staff, were very sweet, nice, and seemed professional, and knew what they were doing. (Some of the case workers not so much) I do wish he could've stayed a little longer until his pneumonia cleared up a little more, but they shipped him to a rehab facility, in Poplar Bluff, one nurse said right when you ente... read more
