I am not one to complain but I do want to put this PSA out for people I know to avoid this hospital and I had no intention of going to parkland due to knowing about patient care prior but I did not think I could have made it to a different hospital with my condition. If i could give this hospital a negative star rating I would my daughter went to the ER with very high blood sugar and they just put her down n the waiting room! This is not the first time things like this happened this hospital needs to be closed down I don’t know who the CEO is but whoever he or she is they need to do something fast
I have been to the emergency room multiple times over the last couple months over the same issues and the fact they are getting worse. Every time I come, they draw blood and tell me my labs are good when mychart clearly shows they are NOT. They are elevated and not a single person will tell the truth. Then on top of that, my nurse I have today basically called me a liar to my face when I called her on my test results showing they were elevated and she specifically said all my results were good.
