Went there , they were ride and talked to me like im dumb, I have a respiratory problem, I told them and they said everything looked good. I wake up the next morning and its worse . My lungs hurt and cant breathe good. Mind u I have to to chemo in a few days and told them that, they didn't care. They were just in a hurry to get me out
Took my son in when he was a baby they said he had pink eye sent him home I knew better so I drove him to children's where he was in the ICU for a week with bronchitis if I would've went home who knows what would've happened this place needs investigated
It was a little crowded when I was there but OMG it took 5 hours to finally see a doctor.
The triage nurses are unprofessional and treat their patients like they’re an inconvenience. We didn’t even make it past triage because of how awful they treated my sick 3 year old child and myself, we left immediately. If this is how they treat people in triage, I can only imagine the treatment you will receive when you get into a room. Don’t take your children here, just go to children’s in St Louis, at least then you know that you and your children will be treated respectfully with patience, kindness, and genuine care fro... read more

Don’t take your children here, just go to children’s in St Louis, at least then you know that they will be treated respectfully with patience, kindness, and genuine care from people who are truly passionate about their job.
