ER is an insult to the medical field. I go in because I can not breath and have an infection in head choking up green and yellow. She wants me to get a pacemaker, I refused so Big Gurl refused to treat my infection.

ED is full of social justice warriors and will treat you and your family like trash once they find out your politics. Thought this place got better but it has gotten exponentially worse. I had to have a nurse removed because she blatantly lied about what my daughter said. My daughter and I both called her out on it and continued on.

Waited 5 hours an emergency room even when I got test results in like 5 minutes and we've only been seen by a nurse three times and the doctor finally coming in after 5 hours

NP ANGELA MENZ was horrible and had an attitude the whole time. I’ve been dealing with chronic pelvic pain for months and here recently started dealing with ovarian cancer symptoms for a few weeks and she was very rude and came in my room once to greet me and the next time I seen her I was getting discharged. I was in so much pain and took ibuprofen before arriving in an ambulance and it did not help, they gave me tramadol in the ambulance and it didn’t help. I won’t be going to parkland ER unless it’s some life altering emergency. I waited 4 hours in the waiting room (which I know is somewhat normal) only to be given a room told to put on a gown only for the doctor to tell me I was fine and told me she was going to get me medicine for my pain. She never came back. All that time was wasted. Honestly she could have just told me the results in the lobby and sent me on my way.
