I had to go here recently because I was sick.. I could not catch my breath and terrible anxiety.. the took me by ambulance.. first the Farmington fire department came to check on me.. they were very helpful and concerned.. and I always enjoy seeing the fire truck and the fire men.. lol.. I was extremely happy how they all helped me.. and Parkland hospital took me right in.. to examine me.. find my issue's and treat me.. they did blood work and I had an EKG for my lungs and heart.. Always busy! Only hospital in this huge town. SMH They need another hospital here to open. Its like we dont have a choice in our health care!

I received great care here. My nurse Randy and Dr Mackenzie took great care of me, really made me feel heard and taken care of. I had a horrible experience at the bonne Terre emergency room so it was great to have such wonderful people working. They didn't let me leave until I felt better :). Thanks so much nurse Randy and Dr. William Mackenzie

Seriously if I could rate it as 0 stars I would. This ER is purely unprofessional. They have very rude workers. There is this older guy working there his name is Gary, one of the rudest I have encountered. I went in because my kids Dr faxed labs to the hospital to get repeated, Gary yelled at me and told me that the faces don’t come there first it goes to Saint Louis first. Now my kids Dr wanted them done today so that’s why she sent to the hospital so I could take him after work. We couldn’t find anything they kept sending ... read more
