I realize most of the experience is dependent on the staff working during your ER visit, but everyone from the man at check-in to registration, the nurse and doctor who cared for my mom over the weekend were surprisingly great. All very nice and helpful, as well as efficient in her care, creating a plan and getting her back home in a timely manner. A nurse even followed up on Monday regarding her lab results. I'm pleased with this first time experience at Parkland ER.
Staff were quick and thorough and very polite. Very attentive to our discomfort after our car accident. Went out of their way to be sure we had what we needed upon discharge.
Went in there Dr came In said I had to be on oxygen all the time before they run test I stayed 1 night left whet somewhere else don't need to be on oxygen they tried to run my life I thinking w hat to do about i
ER is an insult to the medical field. I go in because I can not breath and have an infection in head choking up green and yellow. She wants me to get a pacemaker, I refused so Big Gurl refused to treat my infection.
