I brought my 83 year old mom in w a UTI. The meds they prescribed didnt work and after a week, they refused to send her an antibiotic that actually worked and they said she would have to come in again. She refuses to go back there ever again, so now we have to make a regular Dr appt.
this was some months ago but Came in sick with chronic migraine they said good luck you will get better in a few days and charged me for the visit, wild work
If I could give a negative star I would. This is no longer a "convienent care" you have to make an appointment "online" just as if you would for a regular doctor. This should be advertised instead of having convenient care in the name of the business.
Assuming if they don’t have any walk-ins for a certain amount of time they get to just close up shop. It is 6:12 PM on a Sunday and they have a tiny sign on the door stating they will reopen at 8:00 AM tomorrow (Monday). How convenient!
Went today to get checked out for a possible uti. Checked business hours and their phone recording before driving into town - both said open 8-8. Showed up at 11:20. Closed. Note on door, in blue highlighter, behind posted hours. Had to call the hospital to find out they made a post on social media. Why was this not in the phone recordings?
