Why would 911 ambulance take you to Healthcare clinic? Its definitely not a hospital for adequate care. Go elsewhere to an actual hospital! Its substandard. Horrible experience in excruciating pain. Staff are uncaring, unprofessional, inadequate, need training,, I have never received such terrible treatment in my life!! I repeat, this clinic is not a HOSPITAL.
Was told to exit the room of my fiance who was getting taken care of for a STROKE bc I was whispering in the corner of the room with a friend minding my business. I Have never once been asked to leave a room bc I was whispering in an adjacent corner from the nurse/patient. This is a first for me and I find it kind of disrespectful to force me to exit my FIANCES room bc I was whispering at a level even my fiance couldn't hear us. I came to this ER for the first time out of desperation to seek treatment for something I am trying to get figured out. I have been bed ridden for days unable to move because of severe cramps and nausea. To say my quality of life was affected was an understatement. Before going to the ER I consulted both of my doctors who knew about my condition and was told that if I was in that much pain I needed to go the the ER, so I did. The worst hospital I've ever went to. The staff were super rude. Minus the lady at the front desk. She was nice but other than her, they were all disgruntled. If you don't like public service or doing your job…quit. Its that easy. Believe me I didn't want to be there no more than they wanted me there. Never again will I choose this place. I'll drive all the way to Saint Louis to avoid this “hospital”
