My mother was a long time resident of Shannex Parkland. She passed away in February 2022. On August 1, 2022, Shannex wrongfully and negligently withdrew almost $4,000 from her estate bank account. The monies were returned to the account a few days later. On December 1, 2022, the same thing happened. I have yet to be reimbursed for this negligent or fraudulent transaction - over a month later. Terminated while under standard employment probation with no warning. Missed 3 days in a row due to head cold that required a covid test. Brutal.
Seems under staffed and not well managed from my couple days of visits there.
