Dena and Keith catered a shower I threw for my future daughter in law and I could not be more pleased! The food was absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. I was so stressed out about what food to serve and Dena went above and beyond to calm me down and created a lovely menu that everyone enjoyed very much! I was thrilled with all of the options and even got to bring some leftovers home. I highly recommend Parkland Chef Catering for all of your events!
That former review is clearly old! I have had the pleasure of dining at Parkland Chef's home venue, Via Mizner, after attending several events that they catered. The presentation is stunning, the wait staff very friendly and professional, and the food exquisite. The chef has apparently won all sorts of awards, and it's easy to see why. I cannot say enough good things about Parkland. In fact, I will certainly use them whenever I have to cater an event.
