Paul installed solid maple hardwood throughout the main floor of my home and up the stairs, and was wonderful to work with. stopped in to look at some samples of carpet, and the staff was very helpful with my questions about my flooring and what options I could look at. they know their stuff. I will definitely be back.

Ultimately, this company was horrendous to deal with. Unrelated to flooring needs- the customer service was despicable, on a number of occasions one of the owners spoke down to me and was condescending with both verbage and tone. On the actual flooring side of things- before making a deposit on the flooring, we wanted to confirm install dates were available for our timeframe- which were confirmed via email.
