Absolutely horrific. Terrible at fixing vehicles and customer service. They will let your vehicle sit in the lot for 2+ weeks until the battery goes dead before they service your car. Then when you get your car back for a couple months, the same warning pops back up on your dash that they were supposed to deal with.. called them to get an answer and he said they didn’t service that issue and it wasn’t what it was brought in for!!!! The guys at Parkland Auto are awesome! They do great work! I was in need of immediate attention plus they charged me under their initial estimate and finished the work a whole hour ahead of time... who does that??! ALL very noteworthy in my opinion.
