Had excellent service during 2021...the Covid times...with a new shower/drains installed and a new hot water heater. The four-year-old hot water heater stopped heating and started leaking just recently. 10:00 AM: texted Jonathan; quick response 11:00 AM: another text with picture of heater leaking and arranging a time for him to come and look at it 1:00 PM: Jonathan arrives while I'm on a Zoom meeting and quitely comes in and leaves not long after 2:00 PM: the new water heater that is still under warranty arrives and is unpa... read more

Had a great experience working with Jonathan and Parkinson's plumbing. They came recommended through a coworker and I was very pleased with their work! Jonathan is prompt to respond to communication, answered all my questions, and both were very friendly! For the days they were working on my house, they came on time, left the renovation space cleaner than when they started, and most importantly fixed all my plumbing issues and made my bathroom functional again! Definitely will work with them again in the future
