I have nothing but the best respect for for staff and doctors at this clinic I have always been treated with respect and kindness and would recommend these doctors to anyone I have been coming here for over 20 years and the staff have been amazing keep up the good work
This practice cares about one thing only, money. They hounded us to pay a consult fee for a 5 year old. Medicare confirmed this was at the practice’s discretion to charge children. That says it all really. Steer clear of this practice.
As with other reviews, 5 stars for the doctors but 1 star for some of the reception staff. They can be rude and dismissive at times, certain occasions I've observed them to be borderline racist as well. They have no patience for people who don't speak English as a first language. Also you need to double and triple check if your appointment needs to be paid for, as at times you're told " no charge" then receive an abrupt text message saying you have an amount owing.... 😡😠
Dr Nguyen just reviewed my test results with me in detail, explained everything that was on the report and showed me what this means on MRI image. He took the time to ensure that I understood what this meant (as the radiology report has so much medical language). This is what respect looks like in 2025, and I'm grateful. A doctor taking the time to really ensure that you understand the outcome of your test results. Also, the receptions are friendly and I didn't wait for my appointment.
