The staff are extremely friendly and efficient. The reception is clean and there are plenty of great doctors on hand.
This practice is a perfect example of why our Medicare system is struggling. Charging long consults for short visits, forcing patients to return at their expense, admin staff with the customer service skill of a shoelace. It's a revolving door practice who is only interested in billing. The doctors and nurses themselves are fine, but the practice itself is a joke. I have just registered a complaint with the Office of the Health Ombudsman.
Parkinson Medical Hub is a great practice. The receptionists are kind and friendly. The doctors are fantastic practitioners, and the management is great. I recommend Parkinson Medical Hub to anyone. 10 out of 10
