Tried to use twice, both times my prepaid spot was not available when I arrived, useless do not use.
When I went to the lot for a purchased spot, I was informed they oversold the lot by 178 cars and we had to find another lot. It caused a traffic nightmare, as 178 cars are being turned down from the lot across the street from M@T stadium. It took us 40 min to move 3 blocks to another lot, we had to find. We missed almost the whole first quarter of the game. When I called the next day for reimbursement they said the receipt and parking pass from new lot was not acceptable and needed my actual bank statement. They KNEW they o... read more
Horrible experience!!!! Site cancelled the day before the event in downtown Pittsburgh. Said the parking lot was closed during that time and was going to issue a refund. I ordered a spot from a different company then received an email from parkingpanda that said they found a comparable spot and purchased it without my consent. So I was charged two $25 charges ( one without CONSENT) and spent another $25 with a different company. So yeah I’m still waiting on my $50 refund
