For valet, we were charged a full day when we arrived at 11:30pm. Thirty minutes is nowhere close to 24 hours. This company nickels and dimes customers and is overpriced.
“Crystal” is incredibly rude and unprofessional. This company gives incorrect phone numbers and email addresses. I don’t know how they continue to get away with this.
This broad who just answered the phone just told me if someone is parked CROOKEDLY -partially in your space, "it is fine". Excuse me?! Think again! Sounds like you need defensive driving courses yourself.
