Having just met with one of the owners of Parking Lot Services, he answered all the questions I had regarding sealcoating and what the coating does and does not cover. I appreciated the time he spent with me to help me better understand all the services the company provides.
Initial sealcoating was done in Nov. 2020 with a 2 yr. warranty. The surface did not hold in many spots and washed away in and around all the storm drains. So, my HOA began a request for a "redo" in Nov. 2121. It took until April 2022 to get the resurface done. A really slipshod job was done. As President of the HOA, I never met the manager nor the sealcoating oversight individual in person. Always just phone calls or texts.
