BE WARNED. DO NOT PARK HERE. On arrival they will charge your card and not provide a ticket. When you leave you can't get out you have to call the help to lift the gate. They want more money and tell you you lost the ticket. I wouldn't pay more, so he said he wanted personal information to let me out. They demanded my phone number and full name. Great location, easy to get in/out. And management has been helpful for the few times I had issues getting in.
Terrible experience. Wouldn't take my card (a common VISA), prompting me to "Use another payment method" which I didn't have on me. I called the Help number over and over, and no one ever answered. It was already dark out. I had to wait until a kind passerby allowed me to Venmo them so they could use their card and finally let me out. I could understand the machine/card malfunction, but the lack of support from the Help option was unacceptable especially when it's night.
Our car was stolen from this garage last weekend.
