I work downtown and it’s always an issue parking in this structure . I have a pass and scan the QR code works, but to get in the gate has to work! This is the biggest waste of money - try not to park here ! It’s cheap but stressful trying to leave !
Utterly confusing - plastered with signs everywhere saying that you can't pay at the exit and you need to pay at a kiosk. Kiosk is completely unresponsive. Guess what? You can pay at the exit after all. 1 star.
I was still under the time when I should have had free parking. I went to scan my ticket to leave after they put those new gates at the enterance and it said “my ticket had already been used” and then proceeded to charge me 11$ just to park for 10 min. Absolutely not happy about that
Dangerous, full of kids tearing around in their cars, throwing stuff down at passersby and diners in the restaurant. No security, no response to calls about danger and noise. Wouldn't leave my car here if it were the only choice downtown - which it often is. If you value your car and the people you drive around in it, wait for street parking, or better yet, find somewhere else to go. Best parking in downtown Bend. I’ll gladly pay $1/hour rather than drive all over looking for street parking.
