Parked here for the Richmond Marathon 2024. The traffic to get in the garage was bad in the morning, but understandable. The traffic to get out to the garage after was inexcusable. There were 4 attendants doing absolutely nothing to help facilitate faster payments (they were all just standing far enough away from the cars so you couldn’t get their attention), and there was only 1 of 2 lanes open. Easily accessible with ample parking options.
Convenient to Browns Island. I paid $6 plus a service fee for 2 hours. Text reminder to add time if you need to. Payment was a bit confusing at first but now that I have the Passport app it will be easier next time.
I parked my car here. It was here when I got back.
