If you pay a parking ticket ONLINE - and I give you my EMAIL, you should be able to communicate with me via that platform. I don't understand how in 2019 the PARC authority can charge me an extra $3 for credit card processing (which is ridiculous) and then I have to wait for snail mail on a contested parking ticket. I was overcharged this week for my all day parking at the Market Street Garage. I spoke with SEVERAL people in the office and honestly didn't think anything would come of it. Until, Shonda called and handled everything. Thank you PARC for making it right and taking care of this customer when she didn't think you would! Also, thanks Octavius, Shonda and the several other people that helped me throughout this process!!!

This is the second time I've been written a ticket outside the hours of operation. Please train your workers to read the hours on the meter, or make it a standard to take a picture of the hours so they are forced to read them. I've not had an issue until recently.
