Yea, this place is criminal. I get notified that I was charge $1120.99 for parking randomly today. I haven’t been there and don’t even live in the city. I call them and tell them my issue I’m met with disrespect and a bad attitude. Then the idiot hangs up on me. I do not recommend anyone parks here or works with this company.
We parked here for an event and the experience was fine. This location is near most things in Downtown Nashville. While all parking options in Nashville are expensive, this is one of the more reasonable ones. If you are here for an event, it can be a little slow exiting the garage but no more so than any other garage.
