I also got a “collections” letter from a Colorado lawyer. We have parked there for years and never had an issue until June 2025 when my husband and I both got “ticketed“ and sent a parking ticket for $70 each. I sent a bank statement showing that I paid it and they still sent it to collections and now I’m being harassed by these people. Is this a scam?

If you park in this parking lot and pay for the parking; A Colorado company will send you a citation of $60 for one hour of parking! 😂 400 E 3rd Street

The treatment by one of the folks there was so rude that I decided to park elsewhere. How you treat people matters. Folks yelling at customers is not good for business. I parked there weekly but never again. I hate that because it will be hard on businesses like Copper Grille and Dugan’s because people won’t want to deal with the hassle of being harassed. minimum is 4 hours to park. nothing less. usually you pay when you leave but management changed and they’ve been a hassle to work with. not very friendly people. park somewhere else if you can. 60 dollar fines is outrageous.
