I was a monthly parking customer at this lot. The catalytic converter was stolen out of my car, and cost $3000 to replace. SP immediately denied my claim and told me that I was responsible for the theft. The lot has a camera on site (as confirmed by the attendant), however SP refused to obtain the camera recording or even attempt to care at all that this happened. worst parking garage in the city. i've attempted and begrudgingly parked her many times over the years bc of the location to where i needed to go. EVERY SINGLE TIME the attendant is RUDE. it doesn't seem to matter which attendant it is either. Because i've been there so many times i know to pull over verses to pull in. the very first time they guy yelled at me said no! pull there. maybe there should be a sign instructing people where to pull then. every other time. how long you staying and if i say something under and hour t... read more

There are many parking garages in NYC stay clear of this one. Rude service, told me not to use the parkwhiz app and park at this location again, because they didn’t charge me enough. When I checked out they charged me a extra $15 for a small Jeep Compass SUV, attendant told me if I didn’t like it, too bad and don’t come back. I later checked there website and my vehicle was below 181 inches they consider oversized. In my opinion there needs to be more regulation of these parking garages.
