Sucked because I paid twelve dollars to drive around for half an hour and saw where two vehicles were parked over the lines so my vehicle couldn't fit. Of course there were no attendants avaliable to let me out so I'm out of 12 bucks!
The fountain of eternal life is a very scenic spot to visit in downtown Cleveland. The mall extends in a large grassy lawn towards the lake, very pretty area.
You can exit the stairs but can't get back in
I parked in the garage for maybe 30 minutes and it was $7.00 on a weekday in the early afternoon; only needed to go to the library for a moment. Additionally, I was unaware that I couldn’t use the stairs I came out of to get back to my car. I walked to another entrance/exit, also locked. The positive is that this helps with security; just not clear. Had to figure out that I needed to go to the hotel or Key tower to get down into the lot and back to my car.
