Excellent valet service by DeAndre and the rest of the valet crew the weekend of 5/24 to 5/26! We stayed at the Hyatt for the Taste of Cincinnati and would definitely stay at the Hyatt again and use valet service. They were professional, kind and prompt and didn't miss a beat! Thank you!
Great experience with the valet parking provided by SP+ for the Hyatt Regency in downtown Cincinnati. We were in and out multiple times over the weekend, even once during a huge black-tie event at the hotel. The drivers were friendly and efficient, and my car was safe the whole weekend.
Went to park in the garage for the AAU volleyball tournament because I knew in the past it was handicap accessible. Paid the $15 to park and the skywalk was closed and no other exit/entrance for wheelchairs/scooters. Had to leave the parking garage after 15 mins and had to park at another parking garage a block away (the lot next to the garage was full).
Staff was friendly.
