Don't park here, they sent me a debt notice for $90 for leaving an hour later than my reserved time of 5 hours.
I was unable to utilize my phone during a promotion process which took longer than expected and went over 20 to 30 mins past the time I paid for and was charged 80.00. I disputed it and they did me the favor of knocking off 20.00. I still haven’t paid it and have now contacted an attorney .. DO NOT PARK HERE
If you pay to park here make sure you have confirmation via email or screenshot or both. They have a dedicated mobile site to pay for the parking space, yet it doesn't keep track of who actually pays and who doesn't. Notice that my receipt says "paid July 21, 2024..." yet I just recieved a letter saying that my "debt" has been turned over to collections... What debt? I paid for 24 hours and only used 20!
Do not park here. There have been multiple car thefts and there are always people hanging out in the garage and in the staircase. No wonder monthly parking is so cheap. There are no cameras or security
For only $7 in the parking garage and downtown Cincinnati I do not think that is bad
