Have been using this garage for the last year when working events , especially at Ascend. The gentleman that works the night shift is AMAZING! He assists with everyone leaving at night. He keeps an eye out for all walkers and gives a solid sense of security to the facility. He is great with customer service but yet professional. That is a hard combination to find in this day and time. I am horrible with names so unfortunately I can't give him shout out by name. As a patron of this location I really appreciate his presence.
Bad experience. There is no one to attend to customer problems. I lasted more than 1 hour without being able to leave the parking lot because there was no one to solve a system error
