Non stop rent increases as well as homeless people living in the stairwells. Property also has ongoing construction and paper thin walls block zero noises from loud neighbors. Way better options for the amount they charge us.
Temporary construction continues despite being told it would not last long, loud complex especially with train right beside the buildings....
The construction noise at 430 has made living here extremely frustrating. Some days are manageable, but other days, like today, it’s nonstop drilling and banging for hours all day long! Impossible to focus if you WFH or even just normal living. The noise has been my everyday background. And it’s not just during the day.
