Dealing with CB&S is quite Exceptional Five-Star
The lot I parked in must've been recently acquired or monitored because I have been parking bi-weekly in the same lot for over a year now. The sign stating that the lot was pay to park was hidden on the building wall behind a car, so I didn't see it when I walked in. When I went to leave the lot, there was a person going around and ticketing all the cars in the lot.
