This lot was full even though I prepaid online. Ended up parking on a hinkey lined spot. Then getting out was impossible. I don’t know if you have to sell your 1st born but park in the 1303 across the street, double exits and you get right on the highway. Not going to mess with this one anymore. Why wouldn’t there be some regulation of parking here? If you are selling prepaid spots you have to have spots available.
Different apps have different prices so don't just scan the QR code at the lot! Very close to Busch Stadium, Union Station, Market St and the Blues Enterprise Center!
I called to ask the management staff about the status of my vehicle while I am currently in Texas. Their attitude was absolutely unacceptable！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！！I was simply asking a normal question regarding my own car, but the person on the phone became extremely angry and dramatic, responding with accusations, hostility, and even cursing at me. The entire interaction was shockingly unprofessional and completely unacceptable！！！I have never experienced such disrespectful customer service before. ！！！！
Not recommended for short-term parking. I parked there for just 21 minutes. Initially, my phone showed a charge of $0.99, but I later saw $11.09 for those 21 minutes. Terrible experience
I wish I could mark negative stars... it would be a –5. Parking here is a complete scam and the company who owns the lot is extremely predatory to its customers. We prepaid online for parking $35 dollars online a few days before a Blues game on October 21, 2025. I recieved a bill by text message March 2, 2026 and thought it was a spam message.
