Terrible! The credit card machine does not work so it's a cash only lot. I guess that so the private owners can beat the taxes. The city of Gretna should be ashamed that they force people to pay to park to go to a court date. A huge money scam, and a violation of our rights as citizens. Jefferson Parish officials should step up and fix the issue.
