Took over an hour to get out. So many tech issues. One exit door is physically broken and the other wouldn’t scan credit cards. (This was after a show - each car had to individually call customer service to get the gate open, taking 10 mins per car … we were toward the front of the line, can’t imagine how long the wait was for cars behind… Security was unable to help. Horrible and frustrating end to the night.
Terrible management, structure in dire straits, security is abysmal. Criminal activity is practically encouraged by the state of this place. This one will be gone within the decade if there's any sanity. "Problem is there is just to many doors to secure" - SP+ Management
If your car is vandalized here, they will not assist in any way. If I could give zero stars, I would. 0/10 do not recommend.
Absolutely disgusting, falling apart, NO SECURITY CAMERAS. My car was robbed and they have no footage cus the cameras dont work. They pay one poor guy to manage the entire place. Its completly unsafe and the structure itself is in bad condition.
