24 hrs, so convenient, ring bell after 10pm to 5am in morning but the staff is great. Sad that city is making them take less cars, so can't book with the app anymore. Boo city inspectors...
Attendant was very rude! We arrived early and wouldn’t accept us. As we were exiting the car and putting our stroller together the attendant got into our van with my 7 year old sitting without a seatbelt and moved our van with the doors wide open. It’s unacceptable how he was treating us that we left and didn’t leave our car there! DO NOT GO HERE!!!
Terrible experience! Awful, awful, awful. Our brand new car came back completely scratched and the manager pretended like it was like that before! Our car is brand new and had absolutely no scratches. He made us fill out a form and said that his insurance wasnt going to cover it. Like what!?!? We were visiting from out of state (first time visiting NYC) and we left our car here for 4 days only because it was whom our hotel recommended. What upsets us isn't the scratch, it's the fact that they are pretending they didn't do it... read more
Cheap at $35, but at 11 o’clock at night they only have one guy working. Expect to stand around for half an hour 40 minutes to get your car.
Great staff. Very helpful when we left a birthday party with several boxes and bags but still going to another place. They took the boxes and bags and brought them up to our parked car so we didn't have to lug them around for the rest of the night.
